All ticket sales for Agrani Garba 2.0 are final. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a ticket has been purchased and the payment is successful.
Refunds will ONLY be issued if the Organizers explicitly cancel the event on their own accord. Under no other circumstances will a refund be provided.
Strictly NO REFUNDS will be given in cases of natural disasters, extreme weather (e.g., Rain, Storm, Tsunami), curfews, government restrictions, personal emergencies, or any other unforeseen events (Force Majeure). In all such cases, tickets remain completely non-refundable.
If the amount is deducted from your bank account but the ticket booking fails (e.g., due to network issues or timeout), the transaction is usually automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days.
If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us with your Transaction ID, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue with the payment gateway.
Tickets are strictly non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the government-issued photo ID presented at the entry gate. No refunds will be issued to individuals denied entry due to unmatched identification.
